I was pleased with the thickness of the base, although it needs to be blended into the hairline more. I also loved the eyebrows and lashes! I wanted my eyebrows to be white, but i didnt want them completely 'blocked out'. To achieve this, Marianne took supra colour on a disposable mascara wand and brushed the eyebrows back and forth to create that feral look. I was also really happy with the lips- i love red and gold together.
The advice i gave her today was take a lot longer with blending. I understand that it is not a design with tiny intricate lines, but i would still like her to use time efficiently and make it neat. This means being more cautious with applying even amounts of eyeshadow to the eye area. I know that it is going to be blended out anyway, but it is important that the initial application is neat as this will prevent any unevenness in colour density once it is blended.
We weren't able to practice the detail on the neck today as I was wearing a turtle neck!! But we are going to practice this tomorrow.
